  • What is your return policy?
    We do not make returns, as all products are made specially to order.
  • Can I exchange a product?
    We do not do exchanges.
  • What countries does KalinaBrand.com deliver to?
    Delivery is available to all countries of the world except Russia, Belarus and Israel
  • What delivery services are available?
    We may deliver your order to your personal postal address; all orders are shipped Poczta Polska
  • Is the delivery of my order free?
    KalinaBrand offers free standard delivery on all orders. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.
  • What is the delivery time for my order?
    Orders are generally delivered between 2–7 business days from the moment the shipping confirmation e-mail is sent. Kindly note that delays may be caused by delays in payment authorizations, product availability or customs delays. During our sales period, the large amount of orders may also result in longer delivery times
  • Has my order been shipped?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number. Your parcel is fully traceable on the carrier’s website, using the tracking number received. Don't hesitate to contact our carrier or our customer service for any further questions.
  • How long should I wait for an order?
    All products are made to order. Approximate waiting time 25-30 days.
  • How can I know I may order was processed correctly?
    Your order is confirmed once you receive the confirmation email with all the necessary information. You will receive a second email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
  • How can I create an account on KalinaBrand.com?
    Opening an account is very easy. Simply click on “My Account” on the top right corner, complete your first and last name, and create a password. Or, when you place an order, you will be prompted to save your information with your email address and password.
  • How can I track my order?
    When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your order. You may always contact our carrier for any questions regarding your shipment.
  • How do I reset my password?
    If you forget your password, click on the "I forgot" button while logging in to your account, you will receive an e-mail with a link to create a new one.
  • What are the benefits of creating an account?
    Creating an account enables you to be quickly identified when shopping on our website. An account offers you a safe, easy and fast way to order. Your account saves information like order history, billing and shipping address. You may also follow-up on your orders placed. Your password assures that only you can access the information on your account.

    Чтобы добавить вопрос в раздел, выполните следующие шаги: 1. Настройте FAQ в панели управления сайта или из редактора 2. Добавьте новый вопрос и ответ на него 3. Присвойте ответу категорию 4. Сохраните и опубликуйте Вы всегда можете вернуться и отредактировать раздел.
  • Можно ли вставить картинку, видео или GIF в раздел?
    Да. Чтобы добавить медиафайлы, выполните следующие шаги: 1. Перейдите к управлению FAQ в панели управления или редакторе 2. Создайте новые или отредактируйте существующие вопрос и ответ 3. В поле с ответом кликните на значок видео, фото или GIF 4. Добавьте медиа из библиотеки и сохраните.
  • Как изменить или удалить название раздела с вопросами и ответами?
    Вы можете изменить название раздела из вкладки «Настройки» в редакторе. Чтобы удалить название раздела из мобильного приложения, перейдите в раздел «Сайт и моб.» в приложении Owner.
  • What are the payment methods available?
    KalinaBrand.com accepts the following payment methods: Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). By payment apps: via Paypal, Apple pay (mobile) and Android pay (mobile). Payment is secured by the partners in charge of managing the financial transaction.
  • Why was my payment refused?
    Please kindly contact your bank in case your payment is declined or cancelled.
  • Where can I find my invoice?
    Your invoice is available on your account by visiting the "Order history" section. If you placed your order as a guest, your invoice will be sent by email along with your confirmation.
