Delivery
Each Kalina Brand piece is handcrafted in our workshop in Warsaw (Poland, Europe). We pay great attention to detail, which is why the creation and preparation for shipping requires some time.
Delivery times usually range from 14 to 28 days depending on the country you are located in, as well as the specifics of local postal services.
We ship worldwide in partnership with trusted carriers: Poczta Polska (Polish Post), FedEx, DHL.
Production Time
Each Kalina Brand bag is handcrafted in our workshop in Warsaw. We pay great attention to detail and quality, which is why the process requires time.
The production of one bag takes between 14-34 business days, depending on the season, production workload, and the number of orders.
We believe the wait is worth it: in the end, you receive a unique handcrafted piece made especially for you.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
An item is eligible for return only if it:
- has not been worn or used,
- shows no signs of wear,
- is returned in its full original set, including all accessories and components that came with the bag.
- In case of a manufacturing defect, the return is also possible under the same conditions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
