Exchanges & Non-returnable Items

• Exchanges are possible, with shipping costs covered by the customer.

• Exchange depends on the availability of the item or required materials.

• If the item is no longer available or cannot be reproduced, an exchange is not possible.

Non-returnable items include:

• Limited edition models,

• Custom-made or personalized orders (e.g., special colors, engravings, modifications, or other bespoke adjustments).

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• An item is eligible for return only if it:

• has not been worn or used,

• shows no signs of wear,

• is returned in its full original set, including all accessories and components that came with the bag.

• In case of a manufacturing defect, the return is also possible under the same conditions.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Production Time

Each Kalina Brand bag is handcrafted in our workshop in Warsaw. We pay great attention to detail and quality, which is why the process requires time.

The production of one bag takes between 7 and 16 business days, depending on the season, production workload, and the number of orders.

We believe the wait is worth it: in the end, you receive a unique handcrafted piece made especially for you.
